  1. I really enjoyed reading your running story. Food and fueling can be really complex with running, but I think it’s helped me get a healthier attitude towards food.

    And you really are quite close to me. I’ve been eying the Wineglass races, but they fall two weeks or so before the Baystate Marathon. But I’ve heard it’s an amazing course.

    • Thanks so much! And I agree that after so many years it is my break-out in terms of distance running that has really made me ‘think different’ on eating.

      And that is what I was thinking as well (fairly close) when I was reading your trip to Providence. I have heard of BayState, but Lowell would take ~6-7 hours of driving (would rather do one on the Cape 🙂 ).

      • I’m dying to do something on the Cape. I haven’t been since I was a kid. I’m eying the women’s Zooma races. So many races, so old a body to drag out to them 😉
